Sochiye zara, aap ke paas registry hai, fard hai, inteqal aap ke naam par ho chuka hai… lekin jab aap zameen dekhne jate hain, to wahan koi aur qabza kiye baitha hota hai. Ya phir aap ko location hi samajh nahi aati. Yehi wo masla hai jo hazaron nahi, balkeh laakhon Pakistanion ko face karna padta hai.



Zyada tar yeh problem inherited property mein hoti hai. Dada ya walid ke naam par zameen hoti hai, baad mein inteqal aap ke naam ho jata hai… lekin aap ne kabhi wo zameen dekhi hi nahi hoti. Inteqal aap ke naam ho gaya, lekin aap shehar mein rehte hain aur kabhi gaon nahi gaye. Ab kisi ne us zameen par fasal ugana shuru kar di. Agar aap ke paas proper fard aur jamabandi nahi hogi, to aap apna case strong nahi bana sakte.
