Ab baat karte hain fines aur punishments ki… jo ke is system ko enforce karne ke liye bohat sakht kar di gayi hain.
Pehle kya hota tha? Agar koi summon par court mein hazir na ho… to sirf 500 rupay jurmana hota tha. Log mazaak samajh kar ignore kar dete thay.
Ab yeh jurmana 100,000 rupay kar diya gaya hai.
Aur agar koi zameen ke survey marks ko damage kare… to pehle sirf 500 rupay fine tha… ab 1 million yani 10 lakh rupay tak fine ho sakta hai.
Ab aap soch rahe honge ke itna zyada fine kyun?
Dosto, aaj kal jo survey ho raha hai woh GPS aur satellite system ke zariye hota hai. Zameen par jo markers lagaye jate hain woh sirf pathar nahi hote… balkay ek poora technical network hota hai.
Agar koi usay damage karta hai… to woh sirf ek pathar nahi… balkay poore system ko nuqsan pohanchata hai.
Isi tarah qabza mafia ke liye bhi sakht qanoon laaye gaye hain.
Agar koi ghair kanooni qabza karta hai… to usay 5 se 10 saal tak jail ho sakti hai… aur 1 crore tak jurmana bhi.
Aur agar qabza jari rakhta hai… to rozana 100 rupay ka additional fine lagta rahega.
Yani ab “qabza karo aur baad mein dekh lenge” wala zamana khatam ho raha hai.
Ek aur important point… jhooti application dene walon ke liye bhi saza hai. Aksar log dusron ko tang karne ke liye fake complaints dete thay.
Ab agar aap ne jhooti complaint di… to 5 lakh tak jurmana aur jail bhi ho sakti hai.
Yeh system sirf strong nahi… balanced bhi hai.
Part 4
Ab aate hain sab se common problem par… zameen ki takseem yani partition.
Dosto, Pakistan mein sab se zyada family disputes isi wajah se hotay hain. Do bhai… ek zameen… aur 10 saal ka case.
Lekin ab naye qanoon ke mutabiq… partition ka case 60 din ke andar decide karna zaroori hai.
Sochiye… jo kaam pehle 10 saal leta tha… ab 2 mahine mein ho sakta hai.
Aur agar officer 60 din mein decision nahi karta… to case automatically upar transfer ho jata hai aur us officer ke khilaf action hota hai.
Yani ab file daba kar baithna possible nahi.
Private partition bhi easy kar di gayi hai. Agar family members aapas mein agree kar lein… to woh apni scheme submit kar ke asani se zameen divide kar sakte hain.
Appeals ka system bhi fast kar diya gaya hai. Pehle 90 din ka time hota tha… ab sirf 30 din.
Aur sab se important… ab case ko baar baar neeche bhejne ka system bhi limited kar diya gaya hai. Yani judge ko decision lena hi hoga… delay nahi kar sakta.
Dosto, common mistakes jo log karte hain:
Registry ke baad inteqal nahi karwate
Kaghzi record par andha bharosa karte hain
Survey aur boundaries verify nahi karte
Jhooti applications de dete hain
